East Sac Chamber Rib Cookoff
The Scottish Rite Masonic Center is a beautiful facility on nine acres, seating 1400 people theatre-style and 700 for banquets. This premier venue is located opposite the Sacramento State campus in one of Sacramento’s most beautiful and prestigious areas.
Event runs from Noon to 4:00 PM.
The winning team will be awarded a People's Choice Award for Best Ribs. Voting ends at 3:00 PM with awards at 3:30 PM.
Prize for People's Choice Award is $500.

Presenting Sponsor: $1,500 - includes 8 entry tickets and reserved table. Presenting Sponsor's logo is on all advertising material.
Table Sponsors: $1,000 (2 maximum) - includes 8 entry tickets and reserved table.
Pop-Up Vendor Stand: $500 - Includes 4 entry tickets and waiver of the $100 fee to participate in the cook off, if desired
Rib Cook-Off Admission: $45.00 pre-sale, $50.00 at the door - Admission includes a taste from each contestant and two drink tickets per person
Rib Cook-Off Participant: $100 - Includes ribs for a team of up to three people, and two additional entry tickets
