Keynote Speaker Mary Kober

As a member of the Sacramento State Career Center Employer Relations team, Mary Kober has the wonderful opportunity to reach out to our community with the goal of connecting Sac State talent with local business needs. 

Mary collaborates with regional economic development agencies, chambers, businesses, and organizations of all kinds to develop talent pipelines. She offers consultation, group facilitation and program design around internship development, employee onboarding and strategies to recruit and retain next generation talent. 

Mary brings with her a background that includes career services in higher education, training, executive coaching, workforce development and human resources.
